Our story
A quiet corner of Huntington Beach, kneading dough since 1992.
What began as a single storefront on Adams Avenue has become a neighborhood ritual — familiar faces, familiar orders, and the same slow, deliberate approach to a very simple thing: a good bagel.

The founders
From a family recipe, to a family shop.

The recipe hasn't changed. We still boil each ring in kettle water before it meets the oven — the slow step that gives a proper bagel its chew, its shine, its shoulder.
We bake early. We slice by hand. We spread cream cheese to the edge. The details are small, deliberately so, and they're the reason regulars have been coming here for thirty-plus years.
— Christina and the Bagelmania family
What we believe
Three things we’re not willing to shortcut.
Made by hand
Every bagel is mixed, shaped, kettle-boiled, and hearth-baked in-house each morning.
Family owned
Three decades of the same family behind the counter — and behind the flour.
Local at heart
Rooted on Adams Ave. Coffee roasted nearby. Produce picked up from Orange County growers.
