Our commitment

Bagelmania Coffee House wants everyone to be able to use this website, including people who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, screen magnification, or other assistive technology. We treat digital accessibility as an ongoing part of maintaining the site, not a one-time task.

Standard we aim for

We work to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities.

What we've done

Steps taken on this site include semantic headings and landmarks, a “skip to main content” link, alt text on meaningful images, visible keyboard focus indicators, color contrast reviewed against the AA thresholds, form fields with associated labels, and no reliance on color alone to convey information. Maps and other third-party content load only after you choose to load them.

Known limitations

Some content is provided by third parties we don’t control — for example, the online ordering platforms we link to (Clover, DoorDash, Grubhub, Uber Eats) and the embedded Google Map. Their accessibility is governed by those companies. If you run into a barrier anywhere on our own pages, please tell us using the contact details below and we will work to fix it.
